Director of Operations
Craig serves as the Director of Operations for Kids, Incorporated. He is from Tulia, Texas, and graduated from Tulia High School. He also attended West Texas A&M University in Canyon.
Craig joined the staff of Kids, Incorporated in 1998. His duties encompass a wide-array of responsibilities including cash operations, human resources, insurance and benefits, information technology and facilities maintenance.
"Craig is the perfect example of someone who worked his way up the ladder," says Jimmy R. Lackey, President & CEO. "Craig came to work for us on a part-time basis to help us relocate from the 8th & Adams location to the WareHouse in the summer of 1998. After completing his degree at WT, he joined us on a full-time basis in February of 1999."
Lackey continues, "He started out working with sporting equipment. It was obvious early on that he wanted to learn. He learns very quickly and has become a very good administrator and an exceptional teammate."
Craig also serves as the General Manager of the Bus & Freda Dugger Sportsplex. He directs the staff and officials specific to that facility. He also schedules the competitive indoor soccer leagues and works with outside groups interested in using the facility.
Craig is married to Buffy who teaches school at Bonham Middle School and has one daughter, Kenna and the newest addition to the family a son named Rhett. His favorite pastime is spending time with family and friends, and fishing. His favorite food? “I love a good home cooked meal!”
