Dorothy, originally from Panhandle, is one of Kids, Incorporated's newest Program Assistants. She oversees and organizes teams in the Amarillo High cluster.

Though she's new to the front office, Dorothy has been a part of Kids, Inc. team for many years. She worked at Bus & Freda Dugger Sportsplex for nearly 8 years. Due to her experience there, she brings a valuable perspective to the table that our staff greatly appreciates.

Dorothy also served as a volunteer coach for many years when her three sons were growing up playing Kids, Inc. basketball and track. Dorothy and her husband have also been blessed with four grandkids.

When Dorothy isn't working she enjoys expressing her artistic talents and likes to "make stuff out of junk," as she puts it, including a great new bench that she made from an old, discarded door. She also travels to Oklahoma City whenever possible to spend time with her grandbabies.
