Intro to Ice Sports Session 1
REGISTRATION OPENS: May 11, 2026
TRAINING SESSIONS:
Week 1: June 6- 10:15- 11:15 AM
Week 2: June 13- 9:00- 10:00 AM
Week 3: June 20- 9:00- 10:00 AM
Week 4: June 27- 9:00- 10:00 AM
For your first session, please arrive at the Amarillo Ice Ranch (301 S. Grant) 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. This extra time will allow for shirt distribution and check-in.
Important Payment Information:
Unpaid participants will not be able to make payments at the Ice Ranch. All outstanding balances must be paid through Kids, Inc. online, by phone, or in person at the Kids, Inc. WareHouse by Thursday, June 4.
What to Wear:
Participants should wear athletic pants or sweatpants and bring or wear socks. Skates will be provided and must be returned at the end of each session.
Helmets will also be available; however, participants are welcome to bring their own. Hockey, bicycle, or baseball helmets are all acceptable.
No Experience Necessary:
Previous ice sports experience is not required. Participants will learn the fundamentals of safety, balance, and movement on the ice during the program.
The Amarillo Wranglers and Amarillo Ice Ranch are excited to welcome everyone to the Ice Sports family! Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and positive experience for all participants. Staff, coaches, and volunteers will be on site throughout the program to assist participants and answer any questions.

notice to all parents/guardians: at any time, at the sole discretion of kids, incorporated, we reserve the right to require the parent and/or legal guardian to submit an original birth certificate, a current report card, and/or a current school-validated class schedule to verify the accurate age/grade. for adult participants, we reserve the right to require the participant to submit one or more of the following valid forms of identification: 1) driver’s license from a u.s. state, 2) federal or state id card, 3) military id card, 4) u.s. passport.

Code of conduct
- the code of conduct applies to participants, coaches/volunteers, spectators, parents, contracted employees, officials, and professional staff
- profane, obscene, abusive, degrading/threatening language, gestures and/or taunting in the presence of anyone attending a kids, incorporated event is prohibited.
- do not handle a child/participant in an aggressive or abusive manner.
- any act of violence is prohibited.
- accept the decision of the game officials as being fair and called to the best of their ability.
- do not knowingly permit an ineligible player to play in any game.
- please use good sportsmanship.
- the use of drugs, alcohol, vaping, or tobacco in any form is not permitted while attending any kids, incorporated event.
- no firearms or weapons will be permitted at any kids, incorporated event.
at any time, at the sole discretion of kids, incorporated, violation of the code of conduct is subject to suspension or expulsion from our program.
