- 4:45PM TABLE SET UP-Teams bring their own table/decorations and set up along the long entrance walkway. Teams will not be allowed on the fields to warm up until after the costume contest.
- 5:20PM TEAM LINE UP ON FIELD 4 OUTFIELD
- 5:30PM Field 4-TEAM COSTUME CONTEST
Teams walk parade style from 1st base to the pitcher’s mound for a picture and exit through the third base dugout fence. Teams can play music or do a short skit (under a minute). Teams grab their trick or treat bags (they provide) and table treat back to field 4 outfield.
- 6:00PM Clean up and Warm up! Please help by breaking down and cleaning up your team’s table area!
- 6:30PM GAME TIME!
**If teams wear their costumes during games, they must have a visible number on their costume and be safe to play in (no masks that obstruct their view).Costume contest winners will be announced via West Texas Fastpitch Facebook page and receive a treat courtesy of The Gourmet Graze.

RAIN CONTINGENCY PLAN – All Leagues
These brackets are a backup plan only in the event that weather prevents games from being played as scheduled on Saturday and Sunday in Amarillo.
Coaches and parents will be notified by 5:00 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026, if the rain contingency brackets will be used.
Until then, all games remain scheduled as originally planned.
