Team Communication

  • First point of communication with each player should be a phone call to the primary contact of each player.
    • Notify Kids, Inc. of any issues.
  • We recommend using a team app such as GroupMe to make it easy for each player’s primary contact to add other parents and to protect personal numbers in a group text format.

Roster

  • Preliminary rosters will be handed out and emailed beginning 04/08/26, as coaches are recruited and teams are formed.
  • Rosters are subject to change. If changes are made, the updated version will be emailed.
  • Kids, Inc. staff do their best to form teams based on neighborhood elementary schools.
  • Variables that affect rosters/team formation
    • Finding a volunteer coach. Thank you for volunteering!
    • When players register: if our staff combines teams from two schools due to coach and/or number of players, then a child registers late, there may not be space to add them to their school’s team. PLEASE REGISTER & PAY EARLY!

Practices

  • Coaches who wish to practice choose dates, times, and locations for their team.
