Complete the West Texas Fastpitch Team Registration Form.

1. Register your team. On the USSSA link, select login on the top menu. If you are new to USSSA, select How to create to walk you through the steps.

2. Submit coaches’ background checks. On the USSSA link, login and select manage my coaches. All adults (over the age of 18) who will be helping on the field or in the dugout must be listed on your team’s roster as a coach and have a cleared background check. If they are listed and cleared, they will be highlighted GREEN.

3. Purchase team insurance through USSSA. On the USSSA link, login. The link to purchase team insurance is on the right, below the options menu. If you have purchased insurance, click the view certificate and save the pdf to submit to the league.

4. Finalize USSSA roster. On the USSSA link, login and select manage my players. Enter your roster information. The system will submit a waiver to the parent to accept the roster invite. If your players are cleared, they will be highlighted in GREEN.

Once you’ve completed Steps 1 & 2, use the TEAM ROSTER form to upload copies of

2. USSSA Team Insurance

A USSSA roster must be submitted to WTXFP before the deadline.

The WTXFP league is viewed the same as a single USSSA tournament. Once the USSSA roster is submitted to WTXFP, that roster is final for the remainder of the league. Players can only play on the team they are rostered on. Players can not “guest play” for another team in the same age division. If teams are short on players, teams may borrow players from the age division below them if properly registered with WTXFP.

Send the parent link to your players’ parents so they can register with WTXFP individually and sign the waiver.
